This is a widely loved Rudyard Kipling novel called The Jungle book! If you love the movie it’s time to read it’s beginning.
This copy is certainly rare. The red cloth and the emblem in the center are a beautiful touch. Around the edges and on the bind of the book, there is subtle gold detailing that catches the light beautifully.
About: The Jungle Book, collection of stories by Rudyard Kipling, published in 1894. The Second Jungle Book, published in 1895, contains stories linked by poems. The stories tell mostly of Mowgli, an Indian boy who is raised by wolves and learns self-sufficiency and wisdom from the jungle animals.
