Exquisite attention to detail on this vintage wood carving of a bird in flight hovering over her young. It’s up to interpretation but the mother bird looks to be feeding her young. The wood is a beautiful dark color and the craftsmanship and attention detail is just so pretty.
There is a crack in the wood, seen on last photo, hard to see not very visible.
Piece is in excellent vintage condition considering age and use.
Stands at a little over nine inches.
