About the author: Walter John de la Mare OM CH was an English poet, short story writer, and novelist. He is probably best remembered for his works for children, for his poem "The Listeners", and for a highly acclaimed selection of subtle psychological horror stories, amongst them "Seaton's Aunt" and "All Hallows".
Condition: this book is in beautiful condition! Small dent at the bottom, front part of the spine and very slight old water droplet damage throughout the book but that is the only damage in sight - except a brown stain. Other than that the book appears to be basically brandnew. See photos for reference.
