Elegant Silver Plate Dish by Wilcox Silver Plate Co.
This is a beautiful dish for decoration or serving. It has an sleek divider to separate the two ends of the tray.
It is in excellent condition considering it’s age. These pictures were taken after just one coat of polish.
History:
The Wilcox Company was formed in Meridian, CT in 1865. From 1865-67 the company was known as Wilcox Brittania Co. until 1898 when the International Silver Company (also in Meridian) acquired it. The brand continued until around 1980.
