This is an authentic Revere Silversmiths hand-pot. It is said to be something called a "pipkin", which is a small earthenware pot or pan. It could be used as a gravy boat, a brandy warmer or even utilized to melt butter. The condition, overall, is fairly excellent. The sterling pot itself has a bit of naturally occurring patina and the wooden handle is firmly attached. It weighs approximately 5.80 ounces troy. There is no monogram on the pot, as well as no indication of any preexisting monogram having been later removed.
